Zumdorf, das kleinste Dorf der Schweiz

Der Weiler Zumdorf liegt hoch oben Kanton Uri im Urserental unweit von Andermatt. Wir statten dem «kleinsten Dorf der Schweiz» einen Besuch ab.

Bis 1851 hatte Zumdorf 50 Einwohner, wurde dann aber von einer gewaltigen Lawine verschüttet. Zumdorf wird zurzeit von einer einzigen Familie, die aus drei Personen besteht, ganzjährig bewohnt und wurde offiziell zum «kleinsten Dorf der Schweiz» erklärt.

Im Restaurant «Naturstubä» haben wir für uns ein Mittagessen reserviert. Abfahrtszeiten und Einsteigeorte werden telefonisch bekannt gegeben.
